Passwords are for Clients who certify that they qualify according to the requirements of the Designer wallcovering manufacturers.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER - To register, you simply place an order for the desired registration code. Click on the appropriate button below and the click on 'make an order'. Fill out the order form which also serves as the registration form.

HOUSE 1 - Residents of Virginia

No certification is needed because our main facility is located in the geographic center of the state of Virginia and thus all residents are within approximately 50 miles.

 There is NO charge. The cost of utilizing this service is ZERO. The five dollar registration fee will be rebated on the first order of any size.

HOUSE 2 - Designer Decorator

By registering as a Designer Decorator, you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am a wallpaper professional and provide design and or decorating services to others.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

There is NO charge for Registering. The cost of utilizing this service is ZERO. The five dollar registration fee will be rebated on the first order of any size.

Please note that commissions are only available for DESIGN registration below and NOT this registration

HOUSE 3 - Commercial Use

By registering for Commercial Use, you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am purchasing products for end use in offices or other business or commercial facilities.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

HOUSE 4 - New Home Builder

By registering as a New Home Builder, you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am a residential developer and or tract builder and am purchasing products for use in new homes.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

HOUSE 5 - Private Decorator

By registering as a Private Decorator, you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am a volume purchaser and am qualified to perform design and decorating services for myself and would contract for such services locally should I ever desire them.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

There is NO charge for Registering. The cost of utilizing this service is ZERO. The five dollar registration fee will be rebated on the first order of any size.

HOUSE 6 - Remote Location

By registering as Remote Location, you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am purchasing products from myself and I reside more than 50 miles from the nearest metropolitan area of any significant size.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

There is NO charge for Registering. The cost of utilizing this service is ZERO. The five dollar registration fee will be rebated on the first order of any size.

REFER - Refer to Local Design Support Location

No certification is needed because you will be referred to one of our Local Design Support Locations within 50 miles of you.

 There is NO charge. The cost of utilizing this service is ZERO. The five dollar registration fee will be rebated on the first order of any size.

DESIGN - Commissions with Referrals

Please note: THIS IS THE ONLY REGISTRATION OPTION THAT INCLUDES ANY COMMISSION!

This program is for individuals who qualify as Wallpaper Professionals and do wish to have us refer Clients to them.

By selecting this option you CERTIFY that:

1.    I understand what the requirements for purchasing Designer Products as defined by the manufacturer are.
2.    I certify that I am in compliance with these requirements as I am a wallpaper professional and provide design and or decorating services to others.
3.    I will provide a new certification should my status described above change in any material way.
4.    I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

By selecting this option you CERTIFY that:

You are applying to be a DESIGN SUPPORT LOCATION

Each Design Support Location will enter a contract with Decorating Discount where the Design Support Location will be bound by contract to do the following:

  1. Be available to take or return phone calls to give informal design and or decorating advise.  Returned calls may be answered by e-mail.
  2. Maintain a list of contract design decorators in area and provide Decorating Discount with their name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number.
  3. Maintain a list of contract installers of wallcovering products in area and provide Decorating Discount with their name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number.
Allow Decorating Discount to advertise the location as an official Decorating Discount Design Support Location to both the internet public and also to manufacturers.

Decorating Discount will be bound by contract to do the following:

  1. Refer prospects according to referral rules.
  2. Pay commissions based on commission plan
You may share your password with others in your local area and you will get credit for all purchases made with your password.

A commission of $100.00 will be paid whenever sales reach 1000.00. As an example, if the first purchase is for $1,500.00 a commission of $100.00 will be paid and then when another purchase of $500.00 is made, another commission of $100.00 is paid.

If no purchases are made with your password for any six month period, the password will be deleted and any credits due will be forfeited. As an example, if a purchase of $500.00 is made and no other purchases are made for the following six months, the password is canceled and no credit is given for that initial purchase.

Please be sure you understand the commission plan before selecting this plan as you will only recover the cost of this plan when you get your first two commission payments.

We will refer based on zip code. If you and the client have the first 3 digits the same, you get the referral. It there is another provider with the same first 3 digits, then the closest zip code gets the referral.

Certification is a legally binding action that makes the statement subject to punishment if it is made knowingly false.

The Designer Collections products may only be sold to accounts that either are professional interior design firms or maintain at least one design ­ based showroom and ensure design services are offered to customers at all locations. It is preferable that each location of the account carrying the line have at least one designer on-site to promote the Designer Collections products and assist prospective customers in integrating them into decorative schemes and design plans. It is also preferable that each location have a list of contractors who are qualified to install wall covering products satisfactorily. This requirement is not intended to apply to sales of products for end use in offices or other business or commercial facilities or sales to residential developers or tract builders for use in new homes.
